Customs fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid separately if applied by your local customs authority.

If customs duties or other required import charges are not paid, the parcel may be disposed of by the courier in the destination country, and unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund. As international shipping is costly and undelivered parcels are not returned to us, we strongly recommend responding promptly to any customs notifications to avoid loss.

Lost Parcels

Undelivered and Lost:
If the courier confirms that a parcel was lost without delivery, we will arrange a replacement after insurance confirmation. Please allow several days for the courier's investigation. -
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
If a parcel is marked "delivered" by the courier but not received, the courier’s proof of delivery is considered final. In cases of theft after delivery, insurance does not cover the loss, and no replacement or refund can be provided.
Returned Parcels

Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect will have full shipping costs deducted from any refund.

If re-shipment is requested, a new shipping fee will apply and must be paid prior to dispatch.
