At AL GHALIYAH, we prepare and ship each order with the same care and attention we give to crafting our scents.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, often dispatched on the same day.

Shipping Services

  • Australia: Delivered via Australia Post.

  • International: Delivered via DHL Express or similar premium courier service.

International Orders – Customs & Duties

  • Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for international deliveries. These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid separately if applied by your local customs authority.

  • If customs duties or other required import charges are not paid, the parcel may be disposed of by the courier in the destination country, and unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund. As international shipping is costly and undelivered parcels are not returned to us, we strongly recommend responding promptly to any customs notifications to avoid loss.

  • We proudly offer both domestic and international shipping.

Lost Parcels

  • Undelivered and Lost:
    If the courier confirms that a parcel was lost without delivery, we will arrange a replacement after insurance confirmation. Please allow several days for the courier's investigation.

  • Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
    If a parcel is marked "delivered" by the courier but not received, the courier’s proof of delivery is considered final. In cases of theft after delivery, insurance does not cover the loss, and no replacement or refund can be provided.

Returned Parcels

  • Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect will have full shipping costs deducted from any refund.

  • If re-shipment is requested, a new shipping fee will apply and must be paid prior to dispatch.
